Welcome to Pristine Empire Cleaning Services ("Pristine Empire," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, pristineempirecleaning.com (the "Site"), and the cleaning services arranged through it (the "Services"). By using the Site or booking Services, you agree to these Terms.
Quotes are free and based on the information you provide (home size, condition, service type, and add-ons). If the condition or scope of the home differs materially from what was described, the price may be adjusted — we will always tell you before proceeding. Quotes do not constitute a binding agreement until confirmed by both parties.
When you provide your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message, or email strictly for service-related purposes: providing quotes, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, schedule changes, and payment receipts. We do not send marketing messages without your separate consent, and we never sell your contact information. Message frequency varies with your service activity, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for assistance. Opting out will not affect your service, though we may need to confirm details by phone or email instead.
If something isn't right, tell us promptly and we will return to correct it. The guarantee covers the tasks listed in the checklist for your booked service.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service where conditions are unsafe or unsanitary beyond the scope of residential cleaning (for example, biohazards or pest infestations). Please secure pets that may be anxious around visitors.
For everyone's safety, our cleaners are not able to lift or move items over 25 pounds. If you'd like us to clean under or behind heavy furniture or appliances, please move them before your appointment.
Our team treats your home with great care. If you believe an item was damaged during a cleaning, notify us within 48 hours so we can review and resolve the matter. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improperly secured items, or normal wear. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amount paid for the cleaning at issue.
Payment terms (methods and timing) are confirmed with your quote or booking. Unpaid balances may result in suspension of future service.
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false information through our forms. All Site content, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to Pristine Empire Cleaning Services and may not be copied without permission.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
