Absolutely — turnovers are one of our specialties. We work around your booking calendar, reset the space to match your listing photos, and report any damage or low supplies after every visit.
The sooner the better for weekends — but don't be shy about short notice. We've saved more than one next-day emergency.
We proudly provide house cleaning and commercial cleaning across the South Bay: San Jose (our home base), Santa Clara, Campbell, Los Gatos, Milpitas, Sunnyvale, Fremont, San Martin, Morgan Hill, Gilroy, and Hollister. Don't see your city? Ask us anyway — we may still be able to help.
Plans change — we get it. We just ask for at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice incur a $100 cancellation fee, and rescheduling within that same 48-hour window incurs a $50 fee. Outside that window, cancel or reschedule anytime at no charge.
A quick pick-up of clothes, toys, and dishes lets us spend our time cleaning instead of organizing. Secure any pets that get nervous around visitors, and let us know your priorities in the booking notes. One heads-up: our cleaners can't lift items over 25 pounds, so if you'd like us to clean under or behind heavy furniture, please move it beforehand. We bring everything else!
